Ingredients

1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup + 2 tbs almond milk, or other milk of choice
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbs plain yogurt, plus more for garnish
1/4 cup Sunsweet Pitted Prunes, chopped
1 1/2 tbs maple syrup
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flax meal
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/16 tsp nutmeg
1/16 tsp cloves
1/16 tsp cardamom
pinch ginger
pinch salt
2-3 tbs granola, for garnish

Instructions

To a medium sealable bowl, add the oats, milk, pumpkin puree, yogurt, prunes, and maple
syrup, vanilla, chia seeds, flax meal, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, and
ginger, and mix until everything is well combined.


Seal the container with its lid, then place it in the refrigerator overnight.


The next day, taste and add any additional sweetener or almond milk if desired.
Spoon the desired amount into a cup, top with a few dollops of yogurt and a sprinkle of
granola, and enjoy!
