  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Sunsweet® Amaz!n™ Diced Prunes
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup no-shell pumpkin seeds (green pepitas)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds


In a skillet over low-medium heat, warm honey, oil and cinnamon for 1 minute until honey is melted. Stir in oats, Amaz!n Prunes™, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds until well coated.


Toast mixture for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden. Let cool for 5 minutes. Store in air-tight container for up to 5 days.
