  • 6-7 Sunsweet Amaz!n Prunes
  • 1/2 an Apple
  • 1 slice of Bread (sourdough preferably)
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1/8 cup Honey
  • Toppings: Chopped Pistachios


To make this hearty breakfast, start by slicing a handful (about 6-7) of Sunsweet Amaz!n Prunes in half. Next dice 1/2 of an apple then add the apple pieces and sliced prunes to a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Then set aside.
Meanwhile, toast a piece of sourdough bread & begin to make the whipped cottage cheese by adding 1 cup of cottage cheese & 1/8 cup honey to a food processor. Blend on high until smooth. Once the sourdough is toasted, add the whipped cottage cheese, roasted California grown prunes, apples, chopped pistachios and honey on top, then enjoy!
