Ingredients
- 6-7 Sunsweet Amaz!n Prunes
- 1/2 an Apple
- 1 slice of Bread (sourdough preferably)
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1/8 cup Honey
- Toppings: Chopped Pistachios
Instructions
Meanwhile, toast a piece of sourdough bread & begin to make the whipped cottage cheese by adding 1 cup of cottage cheese & 1/8 cup honey to a food processor. Blend on high until smooth. Once the sourdough is toasted, add the whipped cottage cheese, roasted California grown prunes, apples, chopped pistachios and honey on top, then enjoy!
