Ingredients
1 1/3 cups Sunsweet Amaz!n Prunes, divided
2 pkgs (each 8 oz/250 g) brick-style cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp black pepper
7 slices prosciutto, roughly torn into pieces
1 cup sliced cucumber
3/4 cup sliced radishes
2 fresh figs, quartered
1 cup microgreens – Loosely packed
Directions
Finely dice half the prunes. Transfer to medium bowl. Add cream cheese and pepper; stir to coat.
Spread cream cheese mixture on serving board. Arrange Parma ham, cucumber, radishes, figs and remaining prunes on top. Sprinkle microgreens over top.
Serve with sliced baguettes, crackers, or crudité.
