Ingredients

½ cup chopped green onions, divided

1 garlic clove, minced

¼ cup chopped walnuts

1 tsp olive oil

3 tbsp tomato sauce

2/3 cup Sunsweet Prunes

1 cup sour cream
-
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a small skillet and cook 1/3 cup green onions, garlic, and walnut pieces for 2 to 3 minutes or until green onions have softened. Add the tomato sauce and cook, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Transfer to a tall vessel and let cool for 15 minutes.
Add half the prunes to the tomato mixture along with the sour cream. Blend with a hand blender until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
Cut the remaining prunes into fine strips. Transfer the dip to a bowl and sprinkle with remaining green onions and prune strips.
