  • 1 Flatbread
  • 1/2 cup Pesto
  • 4 tbsp Ricotta
  • 2 tbsp Mozzarella Mini Balls
  • 1/2 cup of Arugula
  • 6-7 Chopped Sunsweet Amaz!n Prunes
  • 1/2 a tbsp of EVO
  • 1/2 a tbsp of Balsamic Glaze
  • Toppings: Chopped Basil, Sun-dried Tomatoes, and Baby Cherry Tomatoes Chopped


Top your flatbread off with an even amount of pesto. Then top off your flatbread with arugula, mozzarella balls, ricotta, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, Sunsweet Amaz!n Prunes, and fresh baby tomatoes. Then drizzle some EVO over the whole flatbread. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Then drizzle some balsamic glaze on top and enjoy!
