Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 small apple, pealed
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 4 Sunsweet® Pitted Prunes
  • 3/4 cup Sunsweet® Amaz!n™ Prune Juice
  • 2 tbsp 2% plain yogurt

Instructions

Place oats in small bowl. Grate apple overtop; add apple juice. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, spoon mixture into blender. Add prunes, prune juice and yogurt. Blend until smooth.
