Ingredients
- 2 cups dry oats
- 1 cup Sunsweet Amaz!n Prune Juice
- 1/2 cup low fat plain kefir (or plant-based yogurt)
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Toppings
- 1 tablespoon Sunsweet Amaz!n Diced Prunes
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a storage container. Mix together and let sit overnight for at least 6 hours. Stir before each use.
