Asian Style Ribs with a Prune Marinade
These grilled Asian-style ribs are about to be your new BBQ favorite. A bold prune marinade, sticky-sweet glaze, and tender, fall-off-the-bone meat come together for a dish that’s sure to steal the spotlight at your next cookout!
serving: 10 - 12 ribs
Ingredients
1 rack of ribs cut into single ribs
Marinade:
1 cup of Sunsweet Amaz!n Prunes
7-8 cloves of garlic
1/2 sweet onion chopped
3 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Cut rack of ribs into single ribs. Combine all marinade gredients and blend into a thick paste. Marinate ribs in paste, overnight if possible. Grill on low-medium heat, turn every 3-5 minute for even caramelization of the sauce.
