Super Simple Smoothie For Better Digestion
1/2 cup Sunsweet Amaz!n Prune Juice 1/4 cup oats 1 medium ripe banana 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 tablespoon chia seeds Protein powder and / or collagen powder for satiety and further gut health support (optional)
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. For an ice-cold and thicker smoothie, use a frozen banana or add 2 to 3 ice cubes.
