Blackberry Cardamom Smoothie Bowl
1 cup frozen blackberries 1 cup frozen cauliflower ⅔ cup or 1 (5.5 oz can) Sunsweet Amaz!n Prune Juice 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1/2 of a ripe avocado, peeled and pitted 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom Pinch of fine salt Splash of vanilla extract Additional frozen blackberries and chia seeds (optional toppings)

Additional frozen blackberries and chia seeds (optional toppings).

Place all ingredients except toppings in a blender and blend until smooth.

Transfer to a bowl and top with additional frozen blackberries and chia seeds, if desired.
