Salted Caramel Energy Bites
Ingredients
Salted Caramel Energy Bites
2 cups Sunsweet® Pitted Dates  2⁄3 cup sunflower seeds  1 cup rolled oats  1 1⁄2 Tbsp tahini  2 tsp vanilla paste (or extract)  Pinch of salt  1⁄2 cup sesame seeds 
Instructions

Add everything except for sesame seeds to food processor.  Blend until you get a sticky dough. 

Use a cookie scoop to scoop out the mixture, and roll into balls with your hands.

Add sesame seeds to a bowl or shallow dish, and coat the outside of each ball with the sesame seeds.  Allow to set in the fridge.  Enjoy!
