Place prunes and remaining salad ingredients in bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad and mix gently to combine.
Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing: In small jar, combine ¼ cup lemon juice, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 2 tsp. dried, 1 tbsp. honey, ½ tsp. grated lemon peel, ½ tsp. salt and ¼ tsp. freshly ground pepper. Makes 8 servings.
