Combine all ingredients in large saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil. Remove cover, reduce heat and simmer gently, stirring occasionally, for 40 to 50 minutes or until fruit is soft and mixture is thickened. Pour into sterilized jars. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks. Makes about 3 cups.
