Preheat oven to 350ºF. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Combine brown sugar, Lighter Bake, eggs, butter and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer until light and creamy. Gradually stir dry ingredients into Lighter Bake, mixture. Stir in nuts and dried fruit. Spread batter in 13- x 9-inch baking pan coated with nonstick spray. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars. Drizzle with icing. Makes 32 servings. Icing: Combine 3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, melted, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and enough milk (2 to 3 teaspoons) to make icing of drizzling consistency.
