Orange, Raisin & Herb Salad

Ingredients
Orange, Raisin & Herb Salad
  • 3 navel oranges, peeled, halved, sliced
  • 1 5-oz. package sweet baby lettuce blend (about 4 cups)
  • 1 8-oz. package sunsweet Jumbo Red Raisins (about 1 1/2 cups)
  • 4 green onions, cleaned and sliced (including some green tops)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro, parsley or basil
Instructions

In large serving bowl place oranges, lettuce blend, raisins and onion.
For dressing, whisk together oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in small bowl; drizzle over orange mixture and toss gently.
Add herbs and toss again before serving.

6-8 servings
