Creamy Berry Muffins
Ingredients
Creamy Berry Muffins
  • 1 7 oz. package muffin mix.
  • 1 3.5 oz. package Sunsweet Dried Blueberries
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
Instructions

1. Prepare batter and muffin pans according to package directions for muffin mix.
2. Stir Sunsweet dried blueberries into batter.
3. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans - filling each cup 2/3 full.
4. Drop 2 tsp. cream cheese onto center of batter in each muffin cup.
5. Bake, according to packaged muffin mix, and cool.

Yields 6 muffins
