Ingredients

  • For mornings when you don’t have time to sit down for a balanced breakfast, this smoothie is perfect since it includes all the major food groups: Whole grains, plant protein, plant milk, fruits and veggies! And there’s no added sugar! 
  • 2 oz Sunsweet Amaz!n Prune Juice
  • 4 oz unsweetened plant milk
  • 2 Tbsp uncooked rolled oats
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter (or your favorite nut butter)
  • 1 cup spinach 
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions

Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high until well combined, about 1 minute. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
