The combination of different fruits with almond butter and coconut milk makes this smoothie an indulgent treat for anyone that likes a rich and creamy treat.

Ingredients

1 endive, chopped

6 Sunsweet Prunes, quartered

2 pitted dates

2 tsp almond butter
-
3/4 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 cup pineapple juice
Instructions
In a blender add endive, prunes, dates, almond butter, coconut milk, lemon and pineapple juice and blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth. Add more pineapple juice or coconut milk if desired until you reach the desired drinking consistency.
Pour into glasses and garnish with additional prunes, if desired.
Tip: Instead of pineapple juice, you could use orange or blood orange juice.
